Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’d like to exchange a product, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Exchange is only applicable for defective, incorrect, or damaged items received.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless defective upon arrival).

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number, reason for exchange, and a clear photo of the item.

  2. Once approved, return the item to our provided return address.

  3. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item within 3–5 working days.

4. One-Time Exchange

  • Each item is eligible for one-time exchange only.
